This piece is titled quite literally; I took my camera to take a picture of this non-objective work before I cover it with black fingerpaint and create some sort of face out of it. I liked this stage of it so much, I wanted to get a picture of it, in case the black stage goes awry and I lose the coolness of it.
My camera didn't really do it justice; I should've put it on another setting, but whatever. I might end up taking another picture of it before I'm satisfied.

I'm excited to see what the finished product gives me.

I love the energy created in this painting. I like the underlying structure of the box in the bottom left corner and the circular shapes that the splatters make. The colors are beautiful, very exciting.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it. There are so many layers of paint on that scrap of posterboard. At least five, I think. It looked nothing like that halfway through.
But all the same, I'm very glad you enjoy it.

Thank you very much. It was really only in the last two layers of paint that it wasn't just a mass of green. I've discovered that Green acrylic paint is really overpowering. :/
